Grasim Industries (Harihar) and Birla Lao Pulp & Plantations Co. Ltd went live on SAP under “Project ONEVSF” on October 3rd & 4th, 2011, respectively. The go-live across India and Lao was exceptionally smooth, reflecting the team’s dedication. This complex project, initiated in April 2010, marks the largest SAP plantation implementation for I-Novate, covering two Aditya Birla Group companies. Notably, I-Novate provides unique backward integration with Plantation on the SAP platform globally. A significant portion of the project was executed offshore, highlighting I-Novate’s remote management capabilities. Eight SAP modules were implemented, involving 118 processes, over 80 developments, and 500,000+ master records. The project’s success positions I-Novate as the leading SAP implementation partner in the Plantation vertical. This achievement underscores I-Novate’s capacity for handling large-scale implementations and enriches their industry knowledge. The project met all vital parameters, ensuring high customer satisfaction and was monitored by ABG COE.
