Andhra Paper Mills’ (APPM) “Abhiyantrikiyojana” project in Rajamundary successfully went live on SAP as scheduled on December 5th, 2011. The team’s commitment ensured an extraordinarily smooth go-live for this complex implementation. Launched on July 28th, 2011, the project involved a large PM module implementation across two manufacturing plants. Over 350,000 master records were loaded by a team of approximately 45 members. The project team demonstrated strong dedication, achieving high customer satisfaction. VS Chakravarthy led the project management team, supported by Ashok Sharma and Sunil Peddi. The consultant team included Sunil Peddi and Karthick Reddy.
